My name is Iryna,  two years  so I became a victim  sexual violence. Today  wrote this information  an article to help women who have been affected, and whether in peace or war, because I feel your pain and know how to bring it back into harmony. 

   It is psychologically difficult to feel such actions on oneself to such an extent that some people cannot stand it. It was morally impossible for me to read the news about the violence in this war, but it is always possible to reformulate my vision. Instead of getting angry, I asked myself, "How can I help these women?" The answer did not have to wait long, because I always have a lot of ideas, and in the end I had to open this pain to public view, because  I know how to overcome it.
